Daily Tasks:

Handle communications via Intercom TR and Zendesk TA
Take care of invoicing
Address high-priority issues like insurance and customer care, especially for unsatisfied customers across all companies
Send emails to Buddy Company owners for delegating tasks created through the Buddy Company app
Make calls for TechBuddy/TaskRunner from 10:00 to 14:00

Weekly Tasks:

Capture the voice of the customer

Monthly Tasks:

Invoicing and financial matters
Conduct training sessions for new Swedish workers
