We are currently searching Data Migration Owner - SAP S4/Hana  to a client project.

Description:

Strategy and Transformation unit is responsible for driving long-term success by identifying the right strategic priorities, ensuring common direction, and bringing the strategy to life together with areas and other functions. Strategy & Transformation develops customer's operating model and is responsible for driving large strategic transformations. Business Platform Renewal is a major strategic transformation program aiming to simplify the way we work by redesigning our processes and supporting them with latest technology, including transition to SAP S4/HANA ERP    

Your duties include:   

- Data Migration Owner captures and leads jointly with Business Platform Renewal program counterparts the overall design of data cleansing and migration of BPR Program for the relevant functional stream. Acts as a single point of contact (SPOC) for functional stream regarding all data cleansing and migration related topics at customer side.    

- Data Migration Owner actively collaborates with multiple stakeholders of business functional streams, area teams, data management, IT, Business Services, partners, etc. in finding and creating the solutions for BPR data cleansing and migration needs.        

- Data Migration Owner regularly conducts trainings and communications on the data cleansing and migration related activities, processes and tools to key stakeholder groups.    

- Data Migration Owner collaborates closely with BPR program stakeholders to manage all migration relevant work items, especially:  

  • Data object scope and changes within the relevant functional area (baseline object register)    

  • Support of preparation and execution of mapping and selection criteria workshops  

  • Sign-off the rules framework

  • Supports the management of migration loads per functional area incl. technical status / defect management and reporting

  • Alignment of defect corrections and changes  

  • Sign-off the quality reports    

  • Support of cut-over Planning and Management per functional area    

  • Hypercare Management    

Skillset:    

Good project management capabilities, good written and verbal communication skills    

Good data management and data migration knowledge, in best case already experienced in previous data migration projects    

Good understanding of SAP in one or many of the following areas: Delivery, Supply chain, Maintenance (CS), Finance, Sourcing.    

Resilience, ability to manage complex issues and motivation of staff and teams    

Basic understanding of IT operating models – like test and service management    

Duration: as soon as possible – 6 months + option to extension    

Location and work method: Hybrid, some on-site work days at client office (Helsinki, metropolitan area) needed according to project situation and agreement. Therefore we can only accept candidates who are located in Finland.
