🔬 Experience and genuine interest in the fields of materials and energy. Deep knowledge of licensing novel materials is a great plus.

📊 Demonstrated ability in scaling up operations, supply chain management, and optimizing organizational processes.

🤝 Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to drive team cohesion and steer multifunctional teams towards success.

💡 Forward-thinking, able to anticipate industry shifts and innovate accordingly. Experience in bringing new technologies to market is preferred.

📚 Continuous learner, keeping updated with the latest in energy storage materials, technologies, and global energy trends.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Efficiency: Streamline and oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and efficacy across all projects.

2. Financial Oversight: Ensure the long-term financial health, stability and sustainability of the organization, exploring avenues for further investment and funding.

3. Growth & Expansion: Contribute to efforts in scaling the company, expanding into new markets, and establishing partnerships.

4. Team Building & Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentorship, and innovation within the team.

5. Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, representing the company's interests and vision.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field (Engineering background is preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the energy or materials industry.

• Proven track record of leading teams and scaling up ventures.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
