Indoor Golf Partner was founded in 2005, starting out as an indoor skiing, climbing and golf center. In 2012 we were the first in the world to use Trackman radars in a commercial simulator center. Since then, we have been exclusive partners with Trackman and an integral part of the development of the simulator product into what it is today.

Today we have built over 2.000 simulators around EMEA and have a staff of +35 full time employees. Our main office is in Copenhagen, but we have local project leaders and installers in all major European countries. In combination with our offices we also run a 5 bay TrackMan simulator center.

To ensure quality and continuous development, we also run our own production facilities in Denmark.

We are now seeking an aftermarket coordinator for a full time position, to join our developing team at our headquarters in Copenhagen.

Job description/tasks:

• You would sell and manage service agreements to new and existing customers

• You would coordinate and perform service visits

• You would handle all warranty questions and cases

• You would handle all webshop and aftermarket sales

Who are we looking for?

• You are organized

• You have experience with customer service

• Sales experience is a good plus

• You have golf experience or are interested in golf

• You have a good sense for basic IT

• You are quick to learn

• You are good to think on your feet

• You are solution oriented

• You can handle a screwdriver

• Good spoken and written English required, all other European language skills are a good plus

• You like to travel and meet new people
