As the Business Process Manager for Digital Processes, you will be a critical part of ATLANT 3D's Operations team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our digital processes and structuring our Quality Management System. Your focus will be on creating efficient workflows, automating processes, and ensuring that our IT systems are robust and scalable.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Design, implement, and optimize digital solutions to support ATLANT 3D’s processes implementation and to optimize work efficiency.

• Act as the liaison between the different business units and IT department to identify and implement optimal technical solutions.

• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of new digital systems and capabilities.

• Implement robust, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure solutions.

• Evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement or automation.

• Develop and maintain documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), for all processes.

• Monitor and analyze process KPIs to ensure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and integration of processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management, preferably in a tech or manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of digital processes, including experience with workflow automation tools.

• Familiarity with IT systems relevant to manufacturing and operations, such as ERP, CRM, and project management software.

• Successful digitalization transformation from a previous work experience.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Soft Skills: Adaptability, teamwork, and strong leadership qualities are highly desirable.
