We're looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Growth Officer to join us in this exciting journey.
As our Chief Growth Officer, you will play a pivotal role in propelling Konfidens into new markets and achieving ambitious growth targets. Your responsibilities will include:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
Optimize marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize ROI and user engagement.
Create and execute SEO strategies
Automated inbound and outbound sales and funnels
Performance and Data Analysis:
Analyze performance metrics, user behavior, and market trends to refine strategies and achieve growth objectives.
Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve growth efforts.
Product Development and Partnerships:
Collaborate with the product team to align growth strategies with product development, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
Identify potential strategic partners and negotiate collaborative agreements to drive growth and optimize distribution strategies.
Business Strategy
Work closely with the CEO and the rest of the team to define long-term strategy, market analyses, go-to-market strategy, pricing and probably a whole lot more.
Experience: Firsthand experience with data-driven marketing. A passion for driving international growth and expanding market reach. Background from the SaaS industry is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive data-informed decisions and optimize performance.
Working Hands-On: Willingness to get your hands dirty and wear multiple hats when necessary. No one will work under you the first ~12 months, but the whole team will be involved in your ideas and work alongside with you.
Team-builder: If things go according to plan, you’ll be able to build your own team after the first year. Experience with hiring and leadership is a plus.
