Lucidtech AI is an Oslo-based startup building AI to automate business processes in the enterprise. In March 2023, we launched an all-in-one AI platform called Cradl AI. The platform helps companies across industries automate their repetitive document processing tasks using machine learning. Since 2019, our AI models have automated the processing of millions of documents in enterprises in Norway, such as DNB, OBOS, Posten, as well as the Norwegian government. As the adoption of AI continues to grow, our goal is to bring the power of intelligent document automation to the world through a highly scalable, self-service platform built for automation teams in the enterprise.
With customers in 5 countries, we are now building a commercial team to accelerate our growth.
About the role
As the GTM Lead, you will be the first dedicated commercial hire at Cradl AI. Your mandate is to lead and scale our sales motion. You will work closely with the CEO and founding team to identify and pursue sales opportunities with enterprise accounts that would benefit from using the Cradl platform, demonstrating Cradl’s value proposition and differentiation every step of the way. You will identify and convert large-sized business prospects into active Cradl customers and will own the entire sales process from start to finish.
What you’ll do
Develop inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.
Run and experiment with inbound and outbound campaigns.
Convert leads to opportunities and paying customers.
Help develop a sales playbook and scale the GTM team.
Skills we believe you’ll bring
Experience in B2B software sales.
Experience in managing and closing strategic deal cycles that include multiple business units and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and in a structured way.
