At Pacific North, we are looking for talented, dedicated, and entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join the team as co-founder.

Pacific North is on a mission to bring more freedom, joy and safety to watersport athletes, improving the joy and thrill of doing watersports. This is done by creating innovative watersport equipment. Pacific North's first product will be a buoyancy aid for watersports such as Surfing, Kitesurfing, SUP, etc. with the users in focus. Hence the buoyancy aid is focusing on the use case of these sports, making a buoyancy aid that becomes a natural part of the sport.

Pacific North has a manufacturing agreement, first interest from distributors and is expecting product launch spring 2024.

Job Description:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a Co-Founder with Marketing and Sales focus.

As a Co-Founder at Pacific North, you should expect and welcome a variety of different tasks, also outside your main competencies. However, your main focus will be negotiating distributor and reseller agreements, and creating and executing Marketing strategies to help us drive brand awareness and create customer acquisition.

You will work closely with the other co-founder to identify and pursue a solid foundation for Pacific Norths Values, visions, and missions, which will be reflected in the daily work. You will work both on a strategic level, but also create the content for marketing and website, and execute the sales calls. Having skills within the Adobe Suite, shooting stills and video is perceived as a great skillset.

Pacific North has an office space in Aalborg, but welcomes applications from all over Denmark.

Compensation Package:

Initially, this role will be unpaid until we establish a consistent revenue stream from our product units. As a Co-Founder, you will receive compensation in the form of equity. During the initial phase, part-time employment is acceptable, but we anticipate that the right candidate will transition to full-time once a stable income is achieved. The specifics of the equity arrangement will be determined through negotiation based on your full-time or part-time commitment.
