What’s the job about?

Soon, we’ll open GoMore in Estonia as our seventh market, and we’d love to find a new colleague to launch and run the Estonian operations from our Helsinki office.

You would be the first hire for our Estonian market and the specialist in “all things Estonian”. You will report to the Head of Finland and Baltics, but also work closely with our customer care managers and other team members across markets.

The position will be based in Helsinki, Finland, where you’d be working together with our Finnish team.


What would you be doing?

For the first couple of months before launch, you'd be working with things like:

  • Translate our site: Prepare our site to the Estonian market while learning our product and how it works in detail (typically we recruit a professional translator that you will manage).

  • Set up tools needed to launch: With the kind help of our Finland team, you’ll set up systems, tools, and processes for the Estonian market.

  • Build a launch campaign: Together with our marketing team, you’ll build a strong launch plan by providing the local market insights needed for a successful launch.

  • Build relationships: Get to know your new colleagues at our Finland office as well as main partners whom you’ll work closely with right from the beginning (e.g., our insurance partner).

  • Build partnerships: Build new partnerships with keyless installation workshops, business rentals, Estonian media, marketing service providers and other growth-enabling partnerships.

And after the launch you’d continue with:

  • Customer care: Handle all inbound and outbound contacts from new and prospective members in the market. The primary tools for this are phone, email, chat and our brand new CRM system.

  • Sales: Drive new members towards the platform based on email, SMS and phone campaigns. Onboard new car owners who sign up to the platform and introduce them to our GoMore Keyless concept.

  • Market understanding: Be the expert in understanding the customers’ needs in Estonia. Have your “finger on the pulse” regarding what’s going on in the market, and use that local insight to grow the business together with the GoMore commercial and marketing teams.

  • Administration and management: Handle all tools, processes, and ad-hoc tasks related to running the Estonian operations, customer care and customer experience primarily.

  • Communication and marketing: Localize and produce written content for newsletters and digital marketing. As our Estonian expert no. #1, you’d also contribute to our local PR activities.

  • Build and manage local partnerships: Build and manage local relationships with relevant Estonian stakeholders, such as Keyless-installation partners, business rentals, public affairs, media and potential partnerships.  


What kind of a person and skills are we looking for:

  • Strong customer care skills and an innate drive to give the best possible customer care.

  • Highly skilled in Estonian language, both spoken and written.

  • Strong in English language, both spoken and written

  • Ability to communicate clearly and positively to members as well as internally to colleagues.

  • Ability to take operational decisions based on analysis.

  • Courage, doer mentality and will to build a novel service in a new market.  

  • Ability to take responsibility and ownership of running the Estonian day-to-day operations.

  • Higher education from relevant field, e.g. BBA in communications or marketing, and/or proven work experience from a previous position that supports the above requirements.

  • Willingness to work physically from our Helsinki office for the min. ~3 month onboarding period. After a successful onboarding there is a possibility for a flexible hybrid work.
