We are looking for an experienced Senior Software engineer to manage and lead our diverse engineering team. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading all development activities and also lead other engineers. You will collaborate with the product manager, and help to execute successful execution of strategy and product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Build an A-class engineering and development team for excellent product execution.

• Ensure that design requirements are met, oversee the consistency of user experiences, and manage the team of engineers and developers

• Leading the team through management and mentorship.

• Contributing to recruitment activities and hiring of Technical team members.

• Developing standards and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met and consistent.

• Preparing and optimizing budgets.

• Recommend technological developments and improve inefficiency.

• Developing the team to ensure quality end products.

Requirements

• Engineering or similar degree.

• Strong organizational leadership skills.

• Extensive experience in working with stakeholders to create hiring strategies to develop quality teams.

• Experience in recruiting engineers and contributors.

• Previous working experience in software design and developing customer-orientated platforms.

• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

• Must be knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices, and change management.

Key Deliverables

• Develop a feasible release plan for the initial product prototype through to Commercial versions.

• Resource planning for executing the different phases of product development.

• Develop and deploy in-house coding conventions to ensure cost-effective development cycles.

• Develop and deploy an efficient roadmap for development cycles.

• Build a step-by-step guide for each Milestone for development cycles.
