Who we are
At IPercept we specialize in deep-tech industrial software and services. We offer finely tuned, machine-configured AI services for maintenance and operational improvement of complex systems. Our technology can be compared to an extremely sensitive fitness tracker which, instead of focusing on humans, is tailored to complex industrial machines. Not only do we monitor the condition of the machinery, but we also provide actionable insights into how to improve the equipment’s health and avoid dangerous behavior.
We’ve spent years of research to develop advanced and automated data analytics in the industry. Our patented technology is specialized and fine-tuned for each machine, simplifying their complexity. IPercept has been around since 2019 but we really started selling commercially early 2021. We have been growing rapidly ever since, and we need talented people who will help us shape the future of the company!
What we would like you to do
Calculate CO2 emissions: You will be quantifying the CO2 emissions of a specific machine tool throughout its lifecycle. Your focus will be on assessing the sustainability impact during the machine's use phase.
Utilize statistical knowledge: Knowledge in statistics, including probability concepts like Monte Carlo simulation, is crucial for this role. You will employ statistical methods to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
Gain machine tool understanding: A general understanding of machine tools, including their mechanical systems and cutting processes, would be highly beneficial for this project.
LCA Software Tools: Familiarity with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) software tools would be a plus, as it will help in your assessment of the machine tool's environmental impact.
Join us in contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically targeting SDGs 9 and 12, as we work together to create a more sustainable future through this exciting thesis project.
