We’re now looking for a Finance & HR Specialist to join the team! As the Finance & HR Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our organization, operating the financial and human resources functions with precision. Your role will include handling financial operations, payroll administration, and various HR tasks as well as ensuring seamless office operations. Your main role will be to ensure Integrify’s administrative processes are carried out in an efficient and meticulous manner.
As a Finance & HR Specialist, your responsibilities will be connected to the following:
Financial Operations: your role involves overseeing Integrify's financial operations, ensuring smooth management of accounts payable and receivable.
Payroll Administration: you'll play a critical role in payroll administration, including preparing and reviewing payroll materials, calculating commissions, and addressing payroll-related inquiries.
HR: you'll manage employee contracts, handle administrative tasks, oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for our team members, and act as the first point of contact for our staffed employees.
Office Management: you'll be in charge of maintaining office inventory and organizing office events to create a productive and collaborative work environment.
In this versatile role, you'll serve as a central figure at Integrify, working closely with various functions, including the Leadership team, to support and execute projects that contribute to our mission.
What makes you a great candidate?
Proficiency in financial concepts, which may encompass areas such as accounts payable and receivable, coupled with familiarity in at least one of the following areas: HR processes, legal compliance, or payroll.
You are precise, diligent, and proactive.
You quickly grasp new concepts and have the ability to work independently.
You possess a proactive "can do!" attitude, as well as strong problem-solving skills.
You have excellent IT skills and proficiency in both Finnish and English.
You have relevant higher education qualifications in the field (e.g., Bachelor of Business Administration or Economics).
Having experience with using a financial management system is a plus.
