Tell me about the role.

As a Financial Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our Finance Department, contributing to the smooth financial operations of our organization. Your primary focus will be supporting and driving financial and administrative activities for our Danish entity but you will collaborate closely with colleagues across different locations within our Global Finance Team which currently comprises eight dedicated members, including yourself.

 

Reporting directly to our VP of Group Accounting and Controlling, your role will contribute significantly to our financial success. You will be responsible for a diverse set of tasks, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records through bookkeeping, handling invoicing, ensuring timely payments, managing VAT reporting for tax compliance, managing receipts and documentation in PLEO, and engaging in diverse ad hoc tasks to support our financial processes.

Moreover, you will work collaboratively with both local and overseas teams across various functional areas, ensuring a well-rounded and global approach to our financial operations.

Where is the job based?

LMS365 HQ is located in Aarhus, Denmark, in the heart of Aarhus Ø. From the office, you can enjoy beautiful sea views and easy access to the thriving Aarhus downtown by bike, bus, or taking a stroll near the coast.

 

What skills or experience are we looking for?

Many, but this specific role would be a great fit if you have:

  • +2 years of experience with the tasks listed above

  • Experience with bookkeeping for a Danish company

  • Knowledge of VAT rules


It would be a plus if you have:

  • Experience with Business Central

  • Experience from an IT/Tech Subscription based organization

  • Experience with PLEO
