We are looking for a volunteer passionate about female leadership and will use their skills and experience to help spread awareness about the Femme Lead brand and initiatives.

The role of social media associate is very important to our community and you will be involved in setting the strategic direction of the brand to continue to build the Femme Lead name across geographies.

As part of the role, you will be expected to have full autonomy and independence to share and create designs to promote the brand and our activities. 

You will be responsible for:

• Social media calendar and posts 

• LinkedIn engagements

• Email marketing efforts

• Podcast promotion as part of the social media calendar

• Marketing assets 

• Branding proposals for our partners (in collaboration with the partnership manager)

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong passion for female leadership

• Experience in branding and social media marketing

• Experience in paid advertising

• Excellent design skills

• Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively

• Excellent communication skills

• Proactive and self-motivated

  
  

The role requires 8-10 hours a week. The team overall works mostly after working hours and on weekends as Femme Lead is a passion project for all its team members.
