Swap Language is seeking a video producer for its language teaching teams for the expansion to Germany.

Swap Language is searching for a producer to manage, plan and execute the best on-demand language lessons in a top-class studio in Aarhus. You will join a team consisting of an English team, Danish team and a German team. You are responsible for ensuring that the content is relevant to the target audience and that the lessons are being executed to perfection in the studio. You'll be working closely together with the COO who has run the teacher teams up until now.

We help companies be more attractive to international talent and retain their workforce with the best language and culture courses.

Your primary tasks in the role as our Producer are:

• Plan and manage the work tasks for the teacher teams.

• Be the creative mind the teachers can come to when they need assistance creating the presentations and scripts.

• Responsible for approving topics, scenarios, scripts and overall content in presentations before the teacher teams perform the lessons in the studio.

• Assist with script writing for the short real-life video scenarios in the lessons and execute the shoot.

• Responsible for the technical studio setup and recordings during lesson shoots in the studio.

• Assist the sales, customer success, marketing, and design teams when they need videos for various use cases.

• Assist, plan and execute the teacher teams in building up their social media presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in media or content production - OR relevant work experience

• Excellent English skills

• Structured and organized

• A creative mind

• Nothing is impossible - mentality

• Fluent German skills is a bonus but not a requirement
