📢 Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded Head of Growth to join our team. As the Head of Growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our services. Your primary focus will be on lead generation within the IT market and devising tailored growth strategies for different niches within the IT sector to support our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities: 💡
Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to identify and target potential clients in the IT market.
Market Research: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
Niche Expansion: Identify and prioritize niche segments within the IT sector where our services can make the most impact, and create specialized growth strategies for each.
Client Acquisition: Collaborate with the sales team to acquire new clients, nurturing leads from initial contact to contract closure.
Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances with relevant organizations in the IT ecosystem to expand our reach and client base.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing growth team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
Budget Management: Manage the growth budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives with the highest potential for ROI.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on growth metrics, achievements, and challenges.
Qualifications: 📌
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role, with a track record of driving growth in the IT sector.
