At Toptutors, we are on a mission to make learning fun and rewarding for students anywhere! We provide online 1-1 tutoring lessons to students in elementary school and high school.

The position 🎯

• Handle customer communication with parents, students, and tutors via email, SMS, and phone calls.

• Explain to customers how Toptutors works and how we can help them achieve their learning goals.

• Understand the learning needs of the student to advise and assist them in finding the best solutions to achieve desired learning outcomes.

• Recommend the customer the ideal tutoring package for their needs.

• Contribute to refining our sales process and market expansion to Spain.

• Ambitious and possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Language & Culture: Spanish is your mother tongue, and you're intimately familiar with the Spanish educational system. Proficiency in English is a must.
