SaaS Sales Manager for MeetingPackage (Spanish speaking)

At MeetingPackage, our vision is to revolutionize the booking of meeting and event spaces through automation, making it faster and more efficient.

We're looking for seasoned SaaS Sales Managers and those eager to build a career in SaaS sales. Your primary focus will be clients in Spanish-speaking regions and partly with English-speaking customers. Most client interactions and internal meetings will be conducted remotely. 

You'll join a 10-member sales team and work in a duo focusing mainly on the abovementioned region.

Key Responsibilities of Sales Manager:

  • Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities —the main focus in the Spanish-speaking region and party with English-speaking customers.

  • Presentations: Deliver compelling product demos to prospective clients.

  • Follow-up on demos and close deals.

  • Customer Meetings: Schedule client interactions; approximately 30 - 40% are self-booked, while the rest are inbound.

  • Attending weekly internal meetings.

  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and yearly quotas.

  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with sales and marketing for strategy execution.

  • Networking: Attend industry events for lead generation and relationship building.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales is a plus.

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and good in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus.

  • Team player who can work independently or with a small local team.

  • Adaptable in a fast-paced setting.

  • Bachelor's in Business or Marketing is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus.

  • Prior Hubspot experience is a plus.

  • Base salary starts at €2,750/month and above, complemented by performance-based monthly commissions from €1,300 to €3,500+ with no cap.
