Compensation and Ownership

We are an early-stage, pre-revenue start-up. As such, our financial situation is not comparable to established tech giants like Google or Apple. Our primary form of compensation is equity in the start-up. There might be opportunities for a part-time hourly salary for a short period or project-based payments. Additionally, we are actively seeking soft funding from programs such as Innobooster. We are open to discussions to find a mutually satisfying compensation plan that reflects your level of experience and contributions to the start-up.
