We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to ensure our machines are working optimally in the Netherlands and to represent us in conversations with clients.
The successful candidate will have a technical understanding of our machines and the ability to understand end users' needs. They will also have excellent communication skills and sales experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our machines
Understand end users' needs and provide solutions to technical problems
Represent our company in client meetings and discussions
Provide technical training to clients as needed
Collaborate with other teams to improve our machines and client experience
Technical background or experience in a relevant field
General support and troubleshooting understanding
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Dutch is a +)
Sales experience preferred
Must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license
