We're looking for seasoned SaaS Sales Managers and those eager to build a career in SaaS sales. Your primary focus will be clients in French-speaking regions and partly with English-speaking customers. Most client interactions and internal meetings will be conducted remotely.
You'll join a 10-member sales team and work in a duo focusing mainly on the abovementioned region.

Key Responsibilities of Sales Manager:
Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities —the main focus in the French-speaking region and party with English-speaking customers.
Presentations: Deliver compelling product demos to prospective clients.
Follow-up on demos and close deals.
Customer Meetings: Schedule client interactions; approximately 30 - 40% are self-booked, while the rest are inbound.
Attending weekly internal meetings.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and yearly quotas.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with sales and marketing for strategy execution.
Networking: Attend industry events for lead generation and relationship building.
Requirements:
Proven experience in SaaS sales is a plus.
Must be fluent in French and good in English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
Team player who can work independently or with a small local team.
Adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
Bachelor's in Business or Marketing is a plus.
Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus.
Prior Hubspot experience is a plus.
What We Offer:
Base salary starts at €2,750/month and above, complemented by performance-based monthly commissions from €1,300 to €3,500+ with no cap.
