SaaS Sales Development Representative for MeetingPackage (French speaking)

At MeetingPackage, our vision is to revolutionize the booking of meeting and event spaces through automation, making it faster and more efficient.

We're looking for seasoned SaaS Sales Development Representatives and those eager to build a career in SaaS sales. Your primary focus will be clients in French-speaking regions and partly with English-speaking customers.

Most client interactions and internal meetings will be conducted remotely. 

You'll join a 10-member sales team and work in a duo focusing mainly on the French-speaking region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities—the main focus in the French-speaking region and party with English-speaking customers.

  • Sales Qualification: Evaluate prospect needs and fit, ensuring qualified leads are passed on to the sales team for further action.

  • Initial Outreach: Contact prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media to initiate conversations and schedule meetings for the Sales team.

  • Client Presentations: Conduct initial product presentations and demos to interested clients, showcasing the value of MeetingPackage's solutions.

  • Data Management: Keep records up-to-date in the CRM system, ensuring that all interactions and touchpoints are logged.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to share insights, provide feedback, and coordinate strategy execution.

  • Test new strategies, audiences, and channels to generate opportunities

  • Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.

  • Must be fluent in French and good in English.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus.

  • Team player who can work independently or with a small local team.

  • Adaptable in a fast-paced setting.

  • Bachelor's in Business or Marketing is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Google Suite and HubSpot is a plus.

  • SaaS experience is a plus

  • Base salary starts at €1750/month and above, complemented by performance-based monthly commissions from €500 to €1500 + with no cap.

Our company was founded in 2014 when our CEO experienced the frustration of selling, managing and booking a meeting room or an event space. How could it be such a complicated and time-consuming process? MeetingPackage was born from this challenge, charged with the mission to help hoteliers sell their meeting rooms with the same ease as they can sell their bedrooms. We have three main products for venues and hoteliers: MeetingPackage Venue & Sales Management - allows venues and hotels to manage and enhance the content, inventory, pricing, business rules, connectivity/integrations and much more. MeetingPackage Internet Booking Engine - allows venues and hotels to white label and implement the technology within their website through a no-code platform or via our APIs. MeetingPackage Channel Manager and Global Distribution - allows hotels and venues to distribute their inventory and take control of sales through one interface to over 10 000 channels that are connected with MeetingPackage. In short, our ambition is to provide more than 1b USD of annual revenues to our venue partners by end of 2025. 🚀
