Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy as well as take part in the recruitment process
Conduct an annual review of our employee engagement survey results and propose action plans
Enhance our induction program for new hires
Revise our company's HR policies
Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and plan training initiatives
Review and update the employee handbook

Successfully scale and champion MeetingPackage culture for the entire company
Payroll, Benefits and Compensations
Advanced knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices and industry standards
Managing the entire recruiting process for different areas of the company (until you get a Talent acquisition colleague)
Continually benchmark the competitiveness of all people programs and practices against relevant comparable companies, industries, and markets
Oversee and lead initiatives in Talent Development, Compensation, Benefits, Culture/Engagement and Employee Relations
Ensure MeetingPackage retains and up-levels talent throughout the whole organization
Ensure that we build and maintain a cohesive global culture (including vision, mission & values)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Finnish
Demonstrated experience managing multiple functional areas of HR such as payroll, recruitment, benefits, etc
Experience in any HR-related activities (HR, Talent Acquisition, People Management, etc.)
Management or leadership experience
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with consistently shifting priorities
Ability to work part of the week at our office in Espoo. Even though we are fine with remote work, your on-site role is important.
Preferably experience working within a tech-driven industry
Demonstrated track record of helping to develop an HR function that is a mission-critical and people-driven partner in the success of the business
Deep understanding of HR-related compliance requirements
Experience at startups, ideally Series A or later stage
