Email Marketing Manager

 We’re now looking for a full-time Email Marketing Manager who will help manage our email marketing activity to drive scalable and efficient customer engagement and acquisition through email marketing channels.

  • Create and adapt email inbound and outbound strategies to drive conversions

  • Set up email campaigns in

  • Create strong email copies and trendy, conversion-oriented design templates

  • Execute A/B testing

  • Email addresses health monitoring on a constant basis.

  • Pro-actively cooperate with developers for new domains/email addresses set up and any issue from the technical side

  • Monitor closely the numbers and critical masses of emails to avoid high spam rate.

  • Monitor main KPIS (OR, CR, CTR, BR, UR) in real-time (delivered, open, bounce, etc..) and on a weekly basis.

  • Take immediate action and correct measurements when needed.

  • Report frequently about successful and unsuccessful A/B testing, including strong subject lines and successful templates.

  • Be an active member of the Email Marketing team and participate in daily/monthly meetings.

  • Work closely with Developers and Email Marketing Product Owners.

  • Monitor the real estate market and competitors for better, cheaper, new, or more efficient tools.

  • Actively propose new ideas that can increase conversion to hot leads.

Key skills and characteristics

  • Fluent in written and oral English.

  • Extensive proven experience in email marketing in the B2C sector.

  • Experience in owning email campaigns in (ideally) or a similar ESP system.

  • Great copywriting skills that have proven to lead to conversions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication ability.

  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on context and KPIs.

  • Open to other opinions, ability to hear and discuss approaches.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in email marketing, ideally across multiple languages/markets.

  • Deep expert, hands-on knowledge of email marketing. Experience with ESP systems.

  • Track record of scaling best-in-class paid social campaigns achieving both growth and efficiency targets.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Highly organized and a strong attention to detail.

  • A self-starter who likes to take ownership and can deliver projects effectively within a fast-paced, start-up environment.
