Nordgreen is a Danish watch company that blends Scandinavian minimalism with fine craftsmanship of a Danish designer legend who has previously worked with Bang&Olufsen and other major design brands. Our mission is to make Danish design watches accessible to everyone, while supporting good causes along the way!


The Open Position:

German Customer Experience (~10h/week)

We are looking for an ambitious & fast-learning person to join our Customer Experience team to develop, improve, and explore the shopping experience.

In this role, you will be working to help us expand the German market. You will be responsible for customer experience in the German markets. The key task will be delivering localized services as well as building a strong relationship with our customers. In order to achieve this goal, we are looking for someone who speaks perfectly fluent German & English.

You will be working closely with the Head of Customer Experience and the General Manager Europe.

Besides being a vital part in the communication with customers, you will also work with various tools for customer success, sales and performance tracking, as well as data analysis and reporting.

Customer Experience is an important fundament of the brand and the company, so you must like the role!


Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling customers' inquiries received via different platforms, assisting with up-selling products through Nordgreen's live communication tool;

  • Enhance our operations, and work on the suggestions of how can we improve our customer journey;

  • Handling, gathering, and properly collecting product and process feedback & manage reviews on various 3rd party platforms;

  • Constantly iterate on processes and contribute to our growth by creating new business development projects within our customer journey;

  • Providing continuous feedback/reporting in product development, logistics, and sales to respond to our customer needs;

  • Working on increasing the retention and loyalty of our customers to ultimately increase customer satisfaction.


The Candidate:

  • Ambitious, result-oriented, fast learner, data driven

  • Good listener, communicates in a kind yet professional manner

  • Full business proficiency in English and German

  • Proficiency in Excel & Google sheet is an advantage

  • Experience in Google Analytics, Shopify, Gorgias is an advantage
