🌎 Mission: Making sustainability a default. 

Our ambition is to help consumers globally make sustainable purchase decisions and encourage companies to transition to sustainable production practices - so that the word sustainability no longer needs to be used. Simply put, we make sustainability a default. 

Product:

Archr offers sustainability scores on the product level helping companies communicate sustainability information in a trustful way and consumers to make sustainable choices. Basically, we are like Google Translate for sustainability!

Team:

• The team consists of four founders with backgrounds in sustainability, tech and business.

• Been part of SSE Business Lab (Ideate and Activate) where companies like Klarna and Voi also started their journey.

• Backed by expert advisors in the technology and sustainability field.

Stage:

• An early-stage startup founded in February 2022.

• Have partly created a sustainability rating system for products and services.

• Found product-market fit.

• The first version of the website is up and running.

• Soon look for investment in order to scale.

Position

You will work closely with the founders to develop the sustainability rating system as well as score products on a continuous basis based on the current system. This includes tasks such as:

• Gather sustainability information and score products on a regular basis.

• Develop and improve the existing sustainability rating system.

• Collaborate with the team on ways to automate the system.

• Contribute to the development of a scoring method for biodiversity/ecosystem impact and social impact.

Requirements:

• Started or finished a bachelor/master/Ph.D. within the sustainability field such as sustainable development, and environmental science/engineering.

• Knowledge within ecosystem impact and social impact.

• Knowledge of climate impact and resource use impact

• Knowledge of environmental assessment (LCA, SLCA, EIA, SEA, etc.) is meriting

• Have basic knowledge of product design.

• Good knowledge of Excel.

• Having experience of working with data and understanding of algorithms.

• Project management experience is a plus

The position is half-time and stretches over a period of 6 months. The position is unpaid. The whole team is situated in Stockholm/Uppsala and it is therefore preferable if you live in Stockholm in order to participate in physical meetings. However, most of the meetings will be online.
