The role includes:

• It can either be a part-time job (20-30 hours/week) or a full-time internship.

• Having a "Hands-on" role in the due diligence of investment projects

• Building financial models for valuation, budgeting, and risk assessment

• Collecting and analyzing data

This position requires at least 15 hours per week and requires availability during flexible but regular hours.

Our mission is to help farmers and other food producers find the best investors to finance their different types of green investments. Our platform matches viable projects with investors.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Financial research (e.g. food/commodity prices, analyzing financial statements, etc.

• Financial modeling (DCF´s, debt schedules, scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and more)

• Participate in our workshops and discussions.

• Be ready to work in a fast-paced environment with quick changes.

Qualifications:

• Have good organizational skills. Able to work relatively independently.

• Strong Excel and research skills. Likely +3 years of university studies within finance/economics/similar.

• Excellent written and spoken English, and strong communication skills

• Used to working in programs like MsftOffice, chatGPT, one drive, Teams

• Knows how to distinguish BS from peer-reviewed sources, and how to look up good data sources online

• Some professional experience, preferably within finance/banking

• Knowledgeable within sustainability and green finance frameworks & instruments (sustainability-linked-loans, etc.)

• A very strong interest in learning more about sustainable food and agriculture
