As our Late Co-Founder, you will be a critical force in driving our startup's success. You will work hand-in-hand with our CEO & Founder and our very competent Board of Directors to shape the company's strategy and direction. Leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit and previous experiences, you will help define our roadmap, secure funding, forge strategic partnerships, and navigate the challenges that come with scaling a startup. You will also assume a CxO role, depending on your profile, with direct line functional responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with our CEO and Board to define and refine our strategic objectives.
Drive the development and execution of our business plan, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
Play a key role in securing funding and investor relations, including pitch presentations, negotiation, and building strategic partnerships.
Lead the recruitment and development of top talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and potential customers to accelerate our market presence.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the operational teams, supporting their growth and fostering a high-performance culture.
Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends, leveraging insights to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Lead one or more operational line function teams, potentially even being the first and only line team-member in a specific area, in our small, but set-up for fast growth, organisation.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a co-founder, entrepreneur, or senior executive in the tech industry, or other relevant experience with significant accomplishments.
Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, including fundraising, venture capital, and scaling operations.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
A strategic thinker with a visionary mindset, capable of translating ideas into actionable plans.
Strong business acumen and financial literacy, coupled with excellent decision-making abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and overcome challenges.
Passion for technology and a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on the world.

Proven track record in growing a Direct-to-Consumer brand, with special focus on growth marketing and/or D2C online sales.
