Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master Intern, you will have the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams and experienced Scrum Masters, while contributing to the successful delivery of projects. Your role will include:

• Scrum Facilitation: Assist in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• ClickUp Implementation: Leverage your familiarity with ClickUp to support teams in organizing and managing their work effectively within the platform.

• Team Collaboration: Promote a collaborative and communicative environment by facilitating team discussions, resolving conflicts, and encouraging knowledge sharing.

• Metrics Tracking: Help track and report on team metrics and progress, highlighting areas of improvement and assisting teams in achieving their goals.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to the evolution of agile practices within the organization.

• Documentation: Assist in maintaining project documentation, ensuring that relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Support and Coaching: Provide guidance to team members and stakeholders on Scrum principles and practices, promoting understanding and adoption.

• Learning and Development: Actively participate in learning opportunities, workshops, and training sessions provided during the internship to enhance your Scrum Mastering skills.
