C-Cube (Creative Connections Collective) is a civil association focused on Social Entrepreneurship in the Arts & Culture sector. We design and implement workshops, crowdfunding events, and artistic residences both in Denmark and abroad. Our goal is to use entrepreneurship as a framework to empower creative people, who care about making a more fair and inclusive world.
We operate on 3 main projects: Aarhus Soup, ReGen, and Embassy Residences. Each project focuses on specific core activities while staying coherent through our core values. On top, we have smaller initiatives taking place, which are related to at least one of the main projects. We put a lot of value in our work culture through Co-creation, Well-being, and Learning-by-doing.
You will be managing two SoMe accounts, featuring the ReGen and Aarhus Soup projects. These are our two most developed projects. The internship lasts 3 months, and we expect you to be active in your role and do your best work within 10-15 hours a week, based on work quality, and not a by-the-hour rate.
The following are the tasks you would be taking care of:
Co-leading the content creation and strategy of the ReGen and Aarhus Soup projects
Organizing and analyzing the content pipeline of both projects
Advising C-Cube's leadership on more effective ways of managing SoMe
Increasing the following of both SoMe accounts organically, by keeping our target groups all the time in mind
We are looking for a passionate person that cares about combining their skills and talent with purpose and social impact. We value self-leadership and a life-long-learning attitude. You will find a team of 5 hands-on individuals, working across projects, and putting daily effort into staying aware of each other's challenges and a-ha moments.
We prioritize the following aspects:
Skilled in / interested in Graphic Design (Adobe suite)
Curious about different ways of doing ethical marketing
Enthusiasm about helping creatives in the Arts & Culture field to thrive
Attention to detail and self-leadership
Openness about asking for help and predisposition to help other colleagues
We are a non-profit organization, so our financial framework is fluid and project-based. Nevertheless, we put a lot of effort into creating other forms of value, like a healthy work environment, a purpose-based set of projects, useful networking opportunities, and a playground to develop your interests truly.
We are constantly activating new sources of funding, so if we work well together, we will do our best to find concrete forms of monetary compensation as they become available.
