Salary Unpaid

Station, the non-profit student innovation house, is looking for a committed Partnerships Coordinator for our developing Station Academy project. We're looking for someone who is engaged, outgoing, and eager to learn. This is a volunteer (unpaid) position from August to November.

What is Station Academy?

A learning programme dedicated to equipping students and graduates with essential soft skills that aren't typically addressed in traditional education settings. Through expert-led workshops, we offer hands-on experiences in topics ranging from handling stress to project management. Beyond just skill development, Station Academy fosters a community of curious and engaged learners eager to make an impact in their professional and personal lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential partnership opportunities to enhance Station Academy's impact and reach.

  • Proactively reach out to companies and organizations to establish collaborative relationships.

  • Maintain effective communication with collaborators and partners to ensure smooth cooperation.

  • Assist in the development and execution of partnership strategies to achieve mutual goals.

What's in it for you?

  • Take a pivotal role in fostering meaningful collaborations that contribute to Station Academy's success.

  • Acquire hands-on experience in partnership management, communication, and strategic planning.

  • Expand your professional network by engaging with diverse companies and organizations.

  • Work from our inspiring office space - a repurposed police station in Frederiksberg, providing a creative and motivating environment.

  • And last but not least, become part of a vibrant community that values fun, innovation, and impact. We might not offer a paycheck, but we promise you a rich, rewarding experience that will pay dividends in your future career.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining partnerships.

  • A genuine passion for the mission of Station Academy, with a proactive and motivated approach to tasks.

  • The ability to commit a minimum of 4 hours per week to the project.

  • Prior experience in partnerships or collaborations is a plus; we value dedication and drive.

We are excited to find someone who shares our vision and is ready to contribute to the growth of Station Academy. If you're keen on making a difference while gaining valuable experience, we'd love to hear from you!

Station is a place, community and platform for students to engage in 1. youth-driven organisations and initiatives, 2. empowering hands-on experiences, 3. collaborations with the private, public and civic sector. Station Fonden is a non-profit volunteer foundation dedicated to youth, well-being, and empowering students. Our mission is to create meaningful and inclusive communities that allow students from across the country's higher education institutions to transform their engagement, curiosity, and ideas into positive change for themselves and the world. We are located in the former Frederiksberg police station at Howitzvej 30, which, following extensive renovation funded by support raised by students themselves, now serves as a modern hub for activities and innovation for students and graduates. Station is a meeting point for young people, students, and graduates who wish to participate in new and meaningful value-driven communities, challenge themselves in their fields, and be inspired by new mindsets and perspectives. Each year, we welcome over 10,000 visitors to our house, representing a diverse range of students and graduates with varying expertise, nationalities, and cultures. Station is operated by a professional secretariat that carries out tasks related to e.g. community building, project management, event management, communications, fundraising, business development, partnerships, and more. By collaborating closely with volunteers and student initiatives, we work to ensure our members and volunteers are the heart of our organisation and at the forefront of our movement.
