In 2023, ELISA received recognition by winning two awards at the annual E-commerce Award show (Ehandelsprisen) held by the Danish Chamber of E-commerce (Dansk Erhverv). ELISA took home the prices as the best e-commerce tool and the best e-commerce case (with our customer PlusPige) ahead of the strong competition.
Since our launch in early 2021, we have continuously developed our core software ELISA and have recently launched closely related products and features that are ready for commercialization.
ELISA is the core of our business. It’s our software that makes selling on social media easy and efficient for the retailer and enhances the video shopping experience for the consumer. ELISA integrates with payment providers, freight systems and e-commerce platforms and therefore creates a seamless connection to the retailer’s existing business.
We are looking for a trustworthy and skilled Junior Sales Executive or Sales Executive for the Norwegian market and one who is ready to play a key role in our growth journey. You must be structured, strategic and proactive in your approach to customers, and it will be an advantage if you are outgoing and skilled in networking. You will become part of our sales team and responsible for conducting outreach sales. The right candidate has experience building solid sales pipelines and you will be responsible for the whole sales process - from lead generation to customer success.

Your team will ensure that you get a thorough onboarding process with an introduction to the company, the team, the culture, and your responsibilities as well as continuous sales training.
You have a heart beating for sales
You have experience working with B2B-sales
You have a documented track record in sales
You have a high degree of business understanding and the ability to spot marketing and sales possibilities for our customers
You are driven by goals and results
You have a professional attitude and are trustworthy
You are fluent in Norwegian and English
You are a skilled networker – listening, empathic, and have a natural interest in getting to know people/potential customers
You are self-motivated
You can work from our office in Aarhus, Denmark
Being also fluent in a third language is a plus for this role
Experience working for an e-commerce and/or SaaS Company
You are comfortable talking to and connecting with any type of person. You have a natural kind of likeability and trustworthiness over you. You are eager and confident, and setbacks won’t hold you back. You like to be competitive and have the drive to be number one while having a strong team spirit. You are open to feedback and are always looking for ways to learn and improve yourself. You love to meet new people and go the extra mile to make (potential) customers happy.
