To build stronger relationships with our members while increasing brand awareness, we are currently looking for a driven and creative Marketing Intern with a desire to get unique hands-on experience with organic and paid social media. This is a truly unique opportunity for an up-and-coming marketer to get deeply involved in the Nordic startup scene while enhancing your skills in content writing, marketing design, and paid advertisement. As our new Marketing Intern, youâll be purely allocated to working on our social media channels, mainly focusing on LinkedIn and Meta. Youâll work closely with our customer success and sales teamS to promote a variety of startups and jobs using both organic and paid channels.
Your main responsibilities will include;
Marketing Design - Use Canva and Figma to create visuals for various organic and paid SoMe posts
Run Paid LinkedIn and Meta Campaigns
Use LinkedIn and Meta Ad Manager to create and manage paid campaigns, promoting a variety of jobs on The Hub
Export and organize statistics about ad performanceÂ
SoMe Community Management - Be the external voice of The Hub on social media, responding to comments and engaging with the community.
Top lists for Social Media - Create monthly and weekly company/job lists based on data from The Hub
Other - Event representation, other organic marketing campaigns, blog posts
Youâll receive training on how to perform each task
Above anything else, we look for passion and drive. We imagine that you are an ambitious and young professional, eager to kickstart your career as a marketing professional. Ideally, you are studying marketing or a similar subject, looking for the perfect internship to pair with your studies.Â
At The Hub, we value self-motivation and structure. You should be comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once, and ready to tackle unexpected challenges. You donât feel overwhelmed when thereâs a lot of work to do, but apply your exceptional prioritization skills instead to deliver value where it matters most. Youâre a fast learner and eager to take on a lot of responsibility.
The job offers a lot of flexibility, but typically youâll be expected to work approximately 10 hours per week.Â
Strong written and verbal English communication skills is an absolute must for this job.
Bonus points if you have the following;
You have past experience with marketing design, social media advertising or content writing
You study marketing or a similar subject
You speak one of the four Nordic languages
You have a great sense of humor

A part-time internship with about 10-12 hours a week fitting very well as a student job - we offer a lot of flexibility around exams etc., but also require flexibility from your end around deadlines
