About you:

• You are service minded and great at listening, understanding, and effectively finding a solution

• You like talking to people from different backgrounds and have very good communication skills, both written and verbal - multiple languages are a benefit

• You have experience working with consumer-facing software products.

• You are tech-savvy! You know your way around in the IT world and want to learn about different platforms (IOS, Android, Firebase, etc)

• You understand what creates friction in the customer experience and can communicate it to the product team

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the Customer Success team

• Ensure every touchpoint with Airwallet is pleasant for all parties involved

• Support and provide advice to customers, end users, technicians, and partners with any questions or problems they might have regarding the Airwallet products through mail, chat, and phone

• Review customer complaints and concerns and find solutions to improve the customer experience

• Make sure the customer journey is constantly improving

• Support the sales team with technical knowledge when onboarding new international partners

• Delegate tasks & schedule shifts within the CS team
