Your primary focus will be assisting in sourcing and screening candidates for remote positions and supporting the overall recruitment process. This internship opportunity will provide valuable experience in the field of HR, talent acquisition and remote work environments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in candidate sourcing and screening processes to identify potential remote talent.

• Support the development and execution of strategies to attract clients and expand our network of partner companies.

• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for remote roles.

• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in remote recruitment.

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing in a remote or distributed work environment.

• Basic knowledge of remote recruitment strategies and best practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• A proactive and self-motivated mindset.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
