We are looking to grow and expand our automated and technology-driven legal services and are seeking a Legal Technologist Intern to help deliver the following:

1. Design and implement a new automated legal services portal to deliver legal document services to our clients.

Gerrish Legal has an AI-driven Contract Portal and we are seeking to expand and upgrade our service offering. During your internship, you will help us with:

• Investigating existing commercially available automated workflow solutions (e.g., TypeForm, Plumsail, Zapier, Nintex, Microsoft Power Automate, etc.)

• Identifying an effective technology solution(s) to meet Gerrish Legal’s requirements.

• Implementing customized workflows to generate documents based on user inputs and selections (e.g., commercially available solutions and/or Microsoft Visual C# Projects / Visual C++, VBA, etc.)

• Integrating the solution into Gerrish Legal’s client-facing website.

• Assisting our marketing and communications intern to implement marketing campaigns (e.g., with technical aspects of the solution).

1. Implement automated workflows into Gerrish Legal’s administrative and business practices.

 Using the same workflow solution(s), you will help Gerrish Legal to streamline and automate:

• Our Client onboarding experience (e.g., collecting client details, automating onboarding documentation, electronic signing, etc.)

  
  

This internship opportunity would suit someone with:

• A computer science, technology, programming, or similar background.

• Knowledge of AI and automated technology solutions.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Visual C# Projects / Visual C++, VBA, etc.

• Interest in the design and implementation of technology solutions for business.

• Interest in legal tech and document automation.

• Prior experience in law and contracts is desired but not essential.
