ELISA originated as an idea during the COVID lockdown to help retailers establish a new channel to market and sell their products and services. Since then, live shopping has proved to be an invaluable channel for most and has grown ever since. So has ELISA. Backed by a 5m euro investment, and currently way over 1200 customers within a little more than two years in the business, we are truly ready to fly to the moon.
Since our launch in early 2021, we have continuously developed our core software ELISA and have recently launched closely related products and features that are ready for commercialization.
ELISA
ELISA is the core of our business. It’s our software that makes selling on social media easy and efficient for the retailer and enhances the video shopping experience for the consumer. ELISA integrates with payment providers, freight systems, and e-commerce platforms and therefore creates a seamless connection to the retailer’s existing business.

Great communicative skills, organized, and a self-starter. Fluent in English. A natural flair for web-based IT tools and social media platform usage. Experience in the development or maintenance of webshops.
We are looking for a trustworthy and skilled Tech support Agent who is ready to play a key role in our growth journey. You will become a central part of the Customer focused team. Most of the contact with customers will take place digitally via Phone, Email, Live Chat, and other platforms.
You will be supporting, problem-solving, and also making demonstrations for existing and new customers.
Customer service through phone and other digital systems
Solving tech issues related to our products
Reporting tech issues related to our product to our development team
Testing and evaluating updates and fixes to our product
Teaching new customers how to use our product
Developing yourself
You have great communicative skills
You are a quick learner and have a good flair for using IT-systems
Experience in the development or maintenance of webshops.
Being a Facebook and Instagram wizard
You are fluent in English and Danish
You are motivated to be part of a start-up
Have experience with retail (either physically or digitally)
Have experience providing product demonstrations for
