The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the company's operational processes and workflows, ensuring an effective and seamless end-to-end process. The Operations Specialist will work closely with internal teams, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and compliance standards, and helping to execute our company's operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational processes and workflows, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and reducing risk.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and compliance standards.

• Partner with various internal departments to enable a streamlined end-to-end process.

• Process transactions and maintain accurate records of daily activities.

• Manage and resolve customer issues and escalations as needed.

• Identify areas of improvement in current processes and bring forward actionable recommendations.

• Continuously monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational goals are achieved.

• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making across the organization.

• Support the training and development of team members as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in financial operations at a financial institution.

• Knowledge of banking products and services.

• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to support strategic decision-making.

• Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated proficiency in Excel.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Working knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards, including AML/KYC.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
