Job Summary
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to generate leads, drive revenue, and enhance brand preference. Your role will involve leveraging various digital marketing channels such as organic search and SEO, PPC advertising, social media, and the use of content to reach our ICP's through their journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage programs and campaigns, and continuously analyze data and deliver growth as part of the team.

Responsibilities and capabilities

You know the difference and feel comfortable with both generating and capturing demand, at scale.
Our ICP's are well-defined, but you will help us further fine-tune them.
You will develop and execute digital marketing programs and activities that align with the company's revenue goals. Yes, we keep our eyes on the target!
You will be managing PPC advertising campaigns as well as paid social media and the display is essential to accelerating the effect we aim for.
We embrace experimentation and you should feel comfortable with testing new tactics, channels, and ideas.
You will focus on delivering engaging content and conversations through the customer journey to be able to create awareness and engagement.
We love Linkedin and you should be able to master this channel, especially the commercial/paid part of it.
We also love and use HubSpot, so you will need to be comfortable using this platform to automate marketing workflows, track lead generation, and nurture customer relationships.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and events.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, sharing insights and implementing innovative strategies.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and preferences, and apply findings to enhance marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Fluency in Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish - Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Alternatively, relevant experience in digital marketing and analytics compensates for the lack of a formal degree.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Experience using HubSpot or other inbound marketing platforms.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
