In Glint Solar we are accelerating what we call The Solar Revolution by building the world’s leading solar screening software for utility-scale solar. We are working with leading energy and solar companies in several countries and are now accelerating.

We’re now looking for an empathic problem-solver to join our Customer Success team, and report to Lena, our Head of Customer Success. Customer Success is part of the bigger go-to-market team working alongside Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams to ensure our services are delivered successfully.
It's a very cross-functional role, and you will be working closely with our product team, as well as our sales team, where we are sometimes also involved in the sales process.
You will play a central role in understanding our customers’ desired outcomes, long-term needs and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through strong relationships within assigned accounts. During your onboarding period we will work on building up your understanding of our customers, and start talking to them and building up a portfolio of customers you are responsible for.
On a longer term we plan to scale our business digitally, so creativity and content creation will also be an important part of the role, together with our Marketing and Product teams.
You will be responsible for:
Onboarding new customers (some high touch, others smaller companies), following up on time and planning/coordinating with our other departments
Building strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues with alternate solutions tailored to individual needs.
Ensure an overall great customer experience and onboarding to Glint Ground through communication and customer marketing.
Driving upsell and cross-sell through increased product adoption and increased usage.
Becoming a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development.
Friday Learning Sessions: every Friday we share the learnings of the week with the whole company
We imagine the ideal candidate has a university degree followed by at least 3 years experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Sales or Marketing. It is important that this role was B2B, and from a company in either B2B software, engineering or renewables.
You are motivated by understanding our customers needs and solve problems. You enjoy building relationships and want to help make a difference. You love experimenting with new initiatives, exploring new ways of attracting customer interest.
Furthermore, you are a team player who is always ready to support fellow colleagues but also give constructive feedback. You want to be part of a curious, problem solving and fun team!
Ideal qualifications
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role from a company in B2B software/engineering/renewables
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
Skills: Empathy, problem solving, communication, service mindset, data and analytics.
Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Self-motivated, with drive to succeed and demonstrate initiative
Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
Based in Oslo (or willing to relocate from an EU country/has a valid work permit - we can unfortunately not assist with visas)
Fluent in English and you speak one more language (not counting Norwegian)
Bonus points for:
Experience with a B2B software company
Experience with Hubspot or Mixpanel
If you speak other languages
Startup experience
Technical degree
Experience from a company in Engineering or renewable energy
