Our Professional Service team helps getting our clients up to speed fast, designing and producing procedures, experiences, and environments for the SynergyXR platform. We collaborate closely with client stakeholders, to define needs and develop solutions, such as virtual showrooms and training environments.

Your role

As XR Procedure Designer, you will be part of the Pro Service team, designing and producing technical training and instructional procedures for the SynergyXR platform.

You will be collaborating with client stakeholders, compiling, and analyzing procedure descriptions, videos, and other reference material to develop storyboards that can be converted into digital procedures.

Working closely with 3D specialists, you will set up assets and environments, and script interaction and logic using the SynergyXR procedure toolset in Unity.

The ideal candidate

• You have a background in digital design or similar field, with a focus on user experience and instructional design for 3D applications.

• You are passionate about the principles of learning and instructional design and have a strong focus on the background and experience of the end user.

• You have a solid technical understanding, and a know how to program at a scripting level.

• You have excellent communication skills and are quick to understand client needs and fields of operation.

What you’ll do here

• Engage with client stakeholders to compile reference material and define technical procedures for the SynergyXR platform.

• Design and setup procedure flows.

• Work closely with 3D Specialist to identify and prepare 3D assets.

• Script interaction and logic using the SynergyXR Toolset in Unity.

• Participate in test and review sessions to gather and organize feedback.

• Are fluent in English in both writing and speaking (Danish is a bonus).
