We Technologies Oy is a Turku-based company. We are going to launch a video content management platform in Bangladesh. We are looking for two Social Media & Community Management Interns.


Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media & Community Management Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in managing our social media presence and engaging with our online community. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and community management while working closely with our marketing team.


Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:

    • Assist in creating and curating engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and any other relevant channels.

    • Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.

    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a professional and timely manner.

    • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

  2. Content Creation:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and compelling content ideas for social media platforms.

    • Create engaging and visually appealing social media posts, including images, videos, and infographics.

    • Assist in writing captivating captions, headlines, and descriptions that align with our brand voice and appeal to our target audience.

    • Research industry trends and stay up to date with social media best practices to incorporate into content creation strategies.

  3. Community Engagement:

    • Foster a positive and engaging online community by actively interacting with our audience across various social media platforms.

    • Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines and brand values.

    • Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and relevant communities to expand our reach and increase brand awareness.

    • Collaborate with customer support and other teams to address customer inquiries or issues raised through social media channels.

  4. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Assist in tracking social media metrics and preparing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

    • Analyze data to gain insights into audience behavior, content performance, and community engagement, and make recommendations for improvement.

    • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and innovative ideas.


Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or recently graduated).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.

  • Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate engaging content.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing concepts is desirable.


This is an internship position with the potential for growth and learning in the field of social media and community management. The internship duration and compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
