Job Description:
As a Growth Hacking Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive rapid user acquisition and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on utilizing data-driven methodologies to identify and implement innovative growth tactics across various marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
Identify and implement growth hacking techniques, such as A/B testing, referral programs, viral loops, email marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user funnels, conversion rates, and user experience.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, growth hacking tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in growth hacking or performance marketing, preferably in a B2C startup environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing data-driven approaches to drive marketing decisions.
Expertise in utilizing various growth hacking techniques and tools.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
