Donkey Republic is looking for a Customer Support Agent to give our Donkey riders an amazing and excellent customer experience!

About the role:
You will be part of a full-remote customer support team supporting our riders with all kind of inquiries. The customer support is open from 6am to 8pm, every day of the week. It's important that you are flexible and willing to take any shift if needed. We are supporting our riders in many different languages as for example Danish, Dutch, German, Spanish, Hungarian, Finnish, Swedish and French.
The support channels we are working with are live chat, email, Facebook messenger and phone, with the option of additional support channels over time.
You will be working remotely and it's therefore not important where you are based. However, we will make sure that you part of the team despite the distance :) You will be reporting to the Head of our Rider Support Team.
This will be a limited-time contract where you work approximately 20 hours per week in the month June and full-time (37 hours) in the months July and August. The working week for this position will be from Tuesday to Saturday.
Your tasks include:
Giving all our riders an excellent customer experience!
Making sure that you are on top of our product/processes to provide the right information to all our riders.
Processing of different kind of rentals.
Updating our content, FAQ's and other ad hoc tasks.
We expect you:
To have some experience in customer support/customer success/customer experience.
Are fluent in English and any other language described above is a big plus!
Are ready to give our Donkey riders the best possible customer experience.
Are empathetic and love to talk to people.
Are structured and process oriented.
Don't mind working in weekends and holidays.
Are a fast learner and digitally proficient.
