About the Role
Ocean.io is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to remotely join our Customer Success team. In this entry-level role, you’ll have the opportunity to have your hands in a wide variety of tasks and learn the ins and outs of our product, customer support and relationship management.
We invest in our people, and we'll train you on the job - an inner drive to learn and grow professionally is required, previous experience is not.
We imagine that you:
Have relevant work experience in customer support and relationship management.
Are fluent in English & German.
Are quite tech-savvy and motivated to gain a deep understanding of how our product works.
Have a problem-solving mindset, are self-motivated and have good time management skills.
Love to help and engage with other people. You have a positive, friendly and curious attitude.
Are self-motivated and self-managing with excellent time management skills.
Your responsibilities:
Ensure qualitative end-to-end request handling of customer queries, service excellence and (technical) support.
Answering questions and advising current and potential customers on how best to use our product with a friendly tone primarily via chat & email but also via phone.
Take ownership of Intercom (Customer Service Solution tool) to handle customer inquiries and to utilize the tool in the best possible way.
Creating a knowledge base / help center where customers can find step by step guides on how to use our platform. You are our expert and we want you to enable our customers with your great product knowledge.
Collecting and synthesizing customer insights; being the voice of the customer to help your teammates to understand what our customers expect and need from us.
Support our business strategy by engaging with new and existing customers, products and services.
You’ll be a major contributor to reaching Customer Success and Customer Support KPIs.
