Job Title: Founder Associate


Job Summary

As Founder Associate, you’ll have the chance to learn and develop, tackle serious challenges, and make an impact. You will use your creativity and eye for strategy – along with your business mindset – to create scalable solutions that enhance and promote our company vision. Additional responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing teams, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with our Co-Founder & COO by actively participating in the coordination and management of all topics that are important to the founders of HeartNet.

  • Schedule, and prepare management meetings with a clear drive to results, and follow up on the implementation of agreed-on projects

  • Analyze and reevaluate existing processes across the organization to uncover cross-departmental bottlenecks

  • Track departmental OKRs and supercharge their achievement

  • Support individual teams on an ad-hoc basis to create impact where it’s needed most

  • Help with hiring for key roles and training when needed

  • Manage communication with HeartNet's existing investors, as well as help the company with future financing efforts


What we're looking for

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree from a top-tier university and have graduated in the top 10% of your class

  • You have gathered 1-2 years of work experience preferably in management consulting (top-tier), VC, hyper-growth startups, or other highly competitive environments

  • You generally work in an extraordinarily structured way, and apply your structured approach to every task at hand

  • You have a proactive and independent working style allowing you to plan ahead without close guidance

  • You have advanced experience in Excel and PowerPoint (or similar in Google Suite) and or other team collaborative tools.

  • You have a hands-on working style with the capacity to deliver strong results and impact business decisions in a dynamic environment

  • You are fluent in English, and any other language would be a plus.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in office management or administration.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office software.

  • Familiarity with office equipment and computer systems.

  • Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.

  • Overall, the office manager plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of an office, and is responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks required to keep the office running smoothly.
