Coana is an Aarhus-based Developer Tool-startup that's redefining how software developers manage open-source components. We're on a mission to build a legendary company and have raised a pre-seed round led by a US-based top-tier VC fund in April 2023.

To help us achieve our ambitious goals, we're seeking a top-of-class student with a passion for entrepreneurship and venture-backed startups. This part-time Founder Associate role is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, multi-talented individual who wants to see the inside of an early-stage startup. The ideal candidate is a future entrepreneur or executive who is willing to work hard and also accept to do a variety of non-glamorous tasks.

You will be in the cockpit of a start-up being built from scratch, helping to execute our vision. Expect to be thrown at problems like back-office automation, customer and market research, lead generation, working on sales presentations, planning company off-sites, doing hire outreach, and planning and executing market launches.

You will get a lot of freedom, which naturally comes with responsibility. The level of work you'll do is only limited by your capabilities.

As an early-stage startup (established in September 2022), we are still pre-product and currently have a small team of five. We value a culture of customer obsession, continuous learning, transparency, dedication, and friendliness, and we are looking for candidates who share these values.

This is a 10-15 hours per week role, but it could evolve into a full-time position if we're a good match. We prefer candidates in Aarhus (our office is in Katrinebjerg) but we are flexible on working hours and workplace.
