We seek an experienced and talented Digital Designer / UI & UX Specialist to join our development team. The successful candidate will report directly to the CTO and play a crucial role in designing and implementing exceptional user interfaces and experiences for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences.

• Develop process maps, wire diagrams, and mockups to communicate design ideas and guide development efforts.

• Create digital designs using Adobe XD, ensuring the visual elements align with our brand identity and user needs.

• Design and layout professional consultancy reports using Canva and Google Docs, ensuring consistency and high-quality presentation across all materials.

• Conduct quality assurance tests of UI/UX development to identify and resolve any issues or inconsistencies, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices and platforms.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, proactively implementing them into our design process.

• Participate in regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall effectiveness of our development efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the SaaS industry.

• Proficiency in design software like Adobe XD, Canva, and Google Docs.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, including process maps, wireframes, and mockups.

• Knowledge of current design trends and best UI/UX design practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
