About the Position

Snack Dogs ApS is seeking a talented Human Resource Representative Intern who will be responsible for creating and executing effective HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the HR team to create and implement effective HR strategies and campaigns.

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

• Conduct initial interviews and reference checks.

• Assist with onboarding new employees, including orientation and training programs.

• Assist with the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

• Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.

Your Skills

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• A detail-oriented individual with a passion for human resources.
