As our Digital Marketer & Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for crafting and executing campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and growth for our company. You will work closely with our marketing team to optimize our CRM (HubSpot), automate our marketing efforts, and manage our paid campaigns.
Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. email, social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Managing and optimizing website and landing pages to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
Maintaining CRM properties and lists, automated clean-up, technical workflows, lead capture creation and implementation, lead scoring/nurturing, and HubSpot campaign setup.
Developing marketing automation workflows for email, LinkedIn outreach, and automated webinar sign-up capture from LinkedIn through Zapier.
Manage campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook, audience search and set up on these platforms, campaign planning, analytics implementation through Google Tag Manager, campaign optimization, and monitoring.
General marketing activities: Create landing pages and general website-related work, creation of emails, blogs, and social media ideas and posts, and general support for marketing initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
Strong project management skills
Excellent level of detail and structure
Experience with PhantomBuster, Zapier, and LinkedIn
Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot
Experience with growth hacking tactics
